    well Perki still not 1 has come up !!! :spinning::love30::wallbanging: and getting too late to have a decent plant I have sent for some plugs instead :gaah:

      Perhaps you got some bad seed.
      I think there is more of that around than we are led to believe.

        Oh well @Spruce they is always next year to try again , I agree with Pete regarding the seeds try a new batch if you are attempting them again

          i had from suttons ? or Thompson & Morgan ? I have my plugs on the way ...

          I had a feeling they weren't easy to propagate ... thanks for the input everyone

            As you know @Spruce I 've had the same problem,I used saved seed and freshly bought seed still a no show so used a couple of plants I overwintered from last year and took cuttings ,16 out of 20 struck so I have 2 stock plants I'm fattening up and going down the cuttings route in future.:thumbsup:
