Is it possible to sow seeds now?

    Hello

    is it possible to sow seeds now and overwinter them for flowering next spring and summer?

    and if so can any seed be done? for example a geranium

    many thanks

    I would leave it til the spring - cuttings are fine in the late summer - but seeds will not like the low low light levels even if protected against cold.

    Some seeds may be sown in autumn. Sweet peas for instance, but I found that spring sown ones soon catch up, and it doesn't really extend the season. It gives one some winter interest in the greenhouse though.

    Just fround this thread. We have just planted wallflower seeds for next spring.
