Is there something wrong honeysuckle

Hi I've just noticed I think it's a honeysuckle memorys not great atm.

Any advice on what's going on here?

I've recently fed alot of the plants fish bone & blood could it be that?

 

Looks like mildew.
Possibly dry at the roots?

 

I get that on Verbenas sometimes. I use Roseclear on them which eliminates fungal growth. Water well at the base first and then spray the dry leaves with Roseclear or a similar fungicide.

dry at the roots , watering can everyday will help

 

Diluted milk is the environmentally friendly spray for mildew.

 

I will try that. Any specific time? Or like watering morning or evening when the suns down?
