    Last year I bought two big jasmine plants that seemed to flower spring through till the first frost. As I expected, the frost completely destroyed them but they were such important part of my garden I was happy to buy replacements this weekend.

    Can you protect them over winter or do you have to dig them up? If you do dig them up, do they need sunlight or could you wrap them in fleece and store in a shed or summer house?

    The photo shows the new one just to the left. I’m up in Scotland so it gets cold... very cold!
