Hi everyone, I've just noticed one of the tubers on my iris is a bit mushy, is it something I can leave for now or should i deal with it straight away?

Hi mazambo, deal with it straight away or it will spread! Get a clean, sharp knife and cut off all the 'satellite' rhizomes. Then cut back the main rhizome until you get to healthy tissue. Pot up the healthy bits in clean, dryish compost. Reducing the leaves by half will help them get established quicker.
