    Hello

About a few months ago I got this beautiful plant, Dracaena. I've never had a plant before so I didn't know how to take care of it. After a few days I got it, the leaf's tips were starting to go brown so I cut the brown tips off.
But things were getting worse, the brown tips came back and my mom cut off the whole leaves. Now I have a problem, they ain't growing no more. There are only brownish tips. What should I do to make them grow again? Here are some pictures. :tnp:

Those leaves wont grow again, its part of the natural process for the lower leaves to die off.
