I would like to purchase a house with a rear garden that is north west facing. Does angone know if I will get any sun at all - where and when - would this be an impossible garden to garden ? Thanks everyone.

Yes you will get some sun in the afternoon although probably very little in the winter, but in the summer you should get a reasonable amount, espesically in the evenings. Would n't think it would be impossible, perhaps not ideal but it depends what type of garden you want. Probably good for barb Q's on summer evenings

My husband is big on sunbathing and I am big on growing things so this is pretty good news. Thank you.
