Orange spots on Pear tree leaves

    Can anybody tell me what this is please and what if anything i can or should do about ot? 20200729_072109.jpg It's starting to appear on my pear tree leaves.

        Thanks. No idea if there is but lots of gardens and allotments nearby so quite probable. Fortunately only about a dozen leaves or so have it. Hate to use sprays but like pears more. Used a rose spray this time round and just hope it doesn't kill it.

        I found that on ours as there were only a few leaves affected,that removing them and binning (not composting) it kept the tree fairly healthy.
