I decided today to get rid of my old K4. It still worked but has been leaking for a year or two so the pressure wasn't as high as it used to be - but still did a fair job. The new one came needing to be assembled whereas the old one was ready assembled.

As I'm absolutely useless with DIY I was going to phone a friend :heehee: but decided to do it myself. Fortunately one of my only two screwdrivers was the right one. It actually worked first time so the idiot instructions found the right person. I was also able to use the old handle extension. :blue thumb:

I hope this one lasts as long as the previous one which has given me good service for many years and it gets used a lot with the patio being over 2,000sq ft :phew:.

I didn't get the version with the phone app. Why on earth would you want to control it by phone when you have to stand there with gun in your hand?

It must be the most useless use of a mobile phone - unless, of course, you know better!!! :roflol:

Our new tumble drier is WiFi enabled, so you can monitor the progress of the drying on your mobile, if you are so inclined :what:

Like the good old days at the laundromat watching the big tumble dryers with the glass window :heehee:

I suppose you can multitask at watching things. Wifi dryer progress whilst watching paint dry

The only reason you would want to monitor it, is if you're not at home. So that defeats safety warnings about leaving the house when a tumble dryer is being used because of the risk of over heating or fire.
