        Update:....

Well my little Parterre is slowly taking shape, the Buxus were given just a light trim last week for it to fill out more anf I'm leaving the chicken wire in place until it does to stop the chooks and dogs barging there way through.
The first of the Roses are starting to bloom and coming on a treat.I'll update further when more blooms appear:blue thumb:

Isn't it wonderful to be able to really enjoy it now after all the hard work you put in last year. It is rewarding your hard work very handsomely indeed loli.
Now, you just need to keep on top of your dead heading

Thank you very much @"M" and @wiseowl

It is lovely to see it slowly taking shape. The scent from the Comte De Chambord is magical and already fills the air near the patio which was my intention I can see that spot becoming quite heady when the rest of the Roses bloom:hapfeet:....I was expecting it a couple of years to really take shape so I'm pleased with the results so far:dbgrtmb:

Do you have much weeding between the Roses, Loli, or is the Box keeping out the wind-blown weed seeds?

                      Looking good Lolimac.
On a hot day like today the shadows cast by the tree looks a ideal spot to plonk a chair and enjoy your hard work with a glass or three!
