    Hi all,

Is there anything that I can do to help this depressing looking rose bare root? It was removed from its planted spot, where it had been for 4 weeks, and left unplanted for a few hours whilst I tended to an emergency. I put it in the pot as soon as I could and hoped to give it a while to recover, but wondered if there’s anything to do to save it or whether I’ve killed it. Before and after photo for reference.

    Thanks as always :)

It's probably going to drop those leaves as a reaction to the drying out, but I would leave it and new shoots may well start sprouting from the leaf axils. Just give it TLC for a while!
