Dee if you are colouring your deck a lighter shade then maybe you do need something to make your shed less dominant.

Maybe you could get various climbers how about a nice jasmin, scented honeysuckle which would be nice to sit near on a warm summer evening or what about an evergreen clematis?

I'm sure whatever you do decide on it will look stunning after all you always do a fab job. [IMG] Hel.xx.

In that case Dee go for an armandii if you can. It will take a bit longer to grow but it is evergreen and will still look great in winter.

Just saw your reply that you would love a Boston Ivy. You really must PM on offers. Do you still want one? But, warning, they are not really a pot plant but if you want one PM. (I could have pushed one in with the wisteria - women!:D)

How about putting some nets in the other window and making it look like a beach/bathing hut.

Though I agree with everybody else, your garden is lovely as it is.

That looks a lovely garden. I only hope I can get something half as good in mine!

I don't know if the idea would fit what you have, but I'll give it a go. How about fixing a metal gate with a mirror behind it, between the two windows? Reflect back all of those lovely plants you already have. Maybe you could grow something around the gate/mirror?

Your garden is absolutely beautiful, Dee :)

I do like John's idea of using mirrors. I am planning to use a similar idea to disguise my compost bin. The garage is going to have bamboo screen with trellis over the top and I'll be painting murals on the rest of it :)

I look forward to seeing what you decide to do

If you're after a bargain, I picked up an 8 piece, metal/glass patio table, 6 folding chairs and matching parasol from Morrisons this morning - only £99! :thumb:
