Sneaks Head Fritialria seed?

    Well at least thats what I think they are. I have just collected seed from them and wondered when best time to sow.

    Any idea please?

    Now, fresh seed germinates better than stored seed. The 'live' seed are the plump ones, the papery things are just chaff.
