I got some seeds the other day from America and one of them was Aplectrum Hyemale, Adam and Eve Orchid.
And was wondering if anyone as any ideas on the best way to sow them, they are a woodland orchid.

Don't know much about orchids, but are they going to need sterile Agar in a jar?

I think orchid seeds usually need sterile conditions or the correct symbiotic fungus in order to germinate. This orchid however can apparently be down in pots of sterilised compost, dusted with grit and left outside for Mother Nature to do her thing.
