    All gorgeous, of course.
What a striking colour "Custard Candy" is! Is she sat next to I Luv Lucy, because together they would make a stunning block of colour.

      Hi M

Its getting the timing off them correct is the problem , Custard Candy flowers its socks off so I would recommend that one , I try and have a mix of other plants in the border otherwise it can look empty but you have to be careful they don't like being pushed out by other plants as they wont flower.

I do have more open this morning but they are by the two small beehives and they are out in full force enjoying the sun while they can

a member that is on here sent it to me from Portugal (3 weeks in the post) I gave it a good soak in a bucket of water for two hours after it had arrived , and after it was planted covered in fleece for two weeks and now its tough as old boots.

if you look on the edges of the petals you can see tiny "teeth"

Jungle Princess is nice as well. :wub2:

I didn't notice the "teeth" on Lava Spike. I just thought the petals looked sort of frilly. :)

Whats the variety on this Tiger Lily ? very nice .

You seem to be getting less pollen beetles and on Saturday here thousands of hover flies have arrived , so aphids watch out

I do have more out today but its pouring with rain , North Wind Dancer looks stunning and standing up to the weather as well

We are up to 14 pages already and most have daylily photos on them.
Not bad ..... we could open a garden center at this rate with what we both have
