    The worst of it is that you admitted it! But you are right about the ones on the left being lilies :)

    Good plan ... although mine will be late again - still haven't started them off :(

    Right then, maybe I'll do this. Take out SOME of the side-shoots, but I can't be doing with that layering stuff, sounds like a lot of agro :) I'll be growing them alongside my runner beans (8ft canes) so I'd imagine it would take quite a long time to reach the top anyway. Cheers...freddy. P.S. I too am growing some 'glads' and like the idea of a thread/gallery.
