    Just a little note from a powerlifter - remember that you don't need to be able to lift the *entire* weight your wheelbarrow can hold, as the tyre is still providing support, so you're not taking the whole weight when you lift it. And please lift with your legs if it's a heavy one!!!

      And when moving a loaded barrow, there can be as much or more force needed to hold it steady sideways as lifting or pushing. Capsizes are not uncommon! :rolleyespink:
