            Thank you @toppington and @Upsydaisy

No photo's but I have since painted the table next to the VegTrug and even the outside of the back gate; then the weather took a turn for the worst. I'll have to do the inside of the back gate next :heehee:

Made this for the garden today ...

              CIMG0015 (2) (664x1024).jpg

... in it's temporary setting, no doubt I'll move it several times during the summer until I'm happy with it :heehee: but the crystals really bounce light when the sun hits which makes it look pretty ...

Here is one of my @Trunky courgettes planted in a woven shopping bag

And the other @Trunky Courgette in an upturned half grow bag slipped into one of those plastic trug thingies with handles

Finally, my @shiney chillies are surviving the strong the winds, heavy rain and storms we've been having

Rather pleased with how the veggies are doing

                  Well done @"M" :blue thumb:

The chillies are likely to start off a pale green/yellow and transition through striped purple to orange and red. They're edible at any stage but I suggest you wait until they are at least orange. Fairly hot - but with a nice fresh taste.

I do like that M nice idea :blue thumb:, it might become a feature for my pond with running water coming out of it :)

                      Thank you kind sir!
I cannot take the credit for the idea though ... I was inspired by a post on Pinterest last year  but all the makings of it and the time to construct it were my own ( :phew: ) plus, the picture on Pinterest didn't come with instructions, so I had to work it out for myself too :heehee:
The actual watering can was a gift to me for Mother's Day from #1 son (as per my wish list) and the crystals were from necklaces bough in charity shops (recycling).

I think hooking up a pump to make a "water feature" from a watering can would be a fab idea!

                        Terracotta Pot Project:
A good few weeks ago now, #1 son noticed a post on FB where someone along the road had posted: Free terracotta pots. I nabbed them!

I plan to use them on the steps leading from the road to my front door, but I thought they needed a make over. Wasn't sure whether to decoupage, paint or both. So, I've cleaned 3 of them, primed them (dilute PVA solution) and then couldn't resist painting the first coat on the main body of one. In the photo, the pot to the left of the painted one is the condition they were all in when I got them. Then how they looked once cleaned and then the one I painted the first coat on.
Meant to have picked up some masking tape yesterday but forgot so it will be a little while longer before I can complete any, but I'm happy with how it is coming along so far :)

Gorgeous pots M. Are you going to paint them all the same colour? And what do you plan to plant in them?

                              Thank you @luciusmaximus and @Sheal

I think I'm going to paint them all the same with the rims and the handles gold, but that could change. On the one hand, I'd like the uniformity of same colours; on the other hand, then they will simply look like something off a production line. Time will tell :heehee:

Haven't quite decided what to plant in them yet.
