Earliness is subjective as I started first plants of each variety indoors with heat and lights at the beginning of march and have been picking ripe toms from late May
Yield is dependant on variety my scores are for this years yield compared to other years
Honymoon and honeycombe i have not grown before and would have given a ten for yield as they have been great, Honeymoon for instance has had an average of five toms per truss at an average over 300 grams per fruit and they have seven trusses per plant and still going but you never know they could be even more productive in the future , however over 10 kg per plant I have been blown away by this variety, thanks to JWK for his write up of Honeymoon.

 

You are very profesional, I shall endeavour to join in, but I need to get my car from repair first, back later.

 

I ate my second Tomato this morning, sadly I won't have enough to join in

 

@JWK don't know how you manage to grow and keep all of those different varieties, puts our few to shame !

Still have to agree with your views on the ones we have grown on your list.

HoneyMoon. our first try at a "semi" beefstake - good crop and very good taste.

Sungold. very strong grower, big trusses and again good sweet taste.

Others not on your list.

Rosella - grown on outside, lots of very large trusses and very good sweet taste.

Shirley - usually a good performer and taste for us, but not this year, not a pleasant taste, particularly the first frew trusses ?

Gardeners Delight 2005 - total failure of 4 plants, all grew very spindley and weak, eventually binned.

Standouts were : Cherokee purple was everything you could want in a big tomato in terms of flavour.

Then the russian ones were great in terms of earliness and yield. Both sevryuga and gordost sibiri will be grown again. Azoychka very good flavour for a yellow beefsteak.

Sungold edges honeycomb for the best cherry.

Moneymaker top performer, but for taste Gardeners Delight wins for me.
All grown in the greenhouse, luckily so far.................no blight losses.

 

Finally remembered to do this. Please note that all my indeterminate tomatoes are grown outside in sandy soil, anything I've grown for the first time is marked with a NEW by the name and I'm giving an overall mark out of 10.

Determinate cherries:
Tumbling Tom Red and Yellow - grown many times, picking from early June, 7.
Cherry Falls NEW - attractive plants but I found them bland and lacking in flavour, 4.
Veranda NEW - tasty red cherries, but tended to split, 5.
Ciliegia Cerise NEW - tiny but very tasty red cherries, 7.
Golden Grape - small yellow fruit, sweet and nicely acidic, surprisingly late season though, you won't be picking these until August, 7.

Indeterminate cherries:
Sungold - picking since early June and still going strong, minimal splitting this year and very tasty and intense flavour, 10.
Goldkrone NEW - tasted of nothing, I've tossed the seed, 1.
Golden Sunrise NEW - beautiful golden fruit, mild and sweet like many yellow tomatoes but with a satisfying tang as well, 8.
Auntie Madge's NEW - small red plums, very good balance of sweet and acid, 8.
Blush NEW - beautiful looking elongated cherry, but I found them a bit bland and tended to be mealy, 4.
Jen's Tangerine NEW - large orange golden cherries, I found them lacking in flavour, most have been frozen to see if they're any better cooked, very vigorous plant though, 5.
Chadwick Cherry NEW - large red cherry, very vigorous and productive plant, classic red tomato flavour, 8.
Black Cherry - very productive and easy to grow, 7.
Tigerella - again, very productive, nice balanced flavour, 7.
Brad's Atomic Grape NEW - very productive and vigorous once it gets going, but I found the fruit overly sweet and lacking in any tang, not a fan, 2.
Matt's Hornet NEW - elongated large cherry, very productive but again very sweet and not to my taste, 2.

Medium to large:
Green Zebra - my favourite this year, sweet and zingy, thin skin, very juicy yet easy to slice, beautiful green fruit with yellow stripes, I can find no fault with this one, 10.
Northern Lights NEW - orange and yellow blush fruit, not productive at all for me, but I was growing them outside, mild and fruity, 4.
Orange Jazz NEW - sweet and fruity, very meaty with only a small amount of jelly in the wall cavities, quite productive even outside, 7.

So, there you have it for 2022!

 

I have a photo of a harvest taken on August 8th so that must have been the first. There was one plant and it was very productive, I only used up the last few in a mozzarella salad last week.

Next year I'm growing two plants as I enjoyed them so much..

 

Not the contribution I'd planned, but there's only so much feedback I can give without full use of my taste buds for most of the season, plus a high rate of mislabeled plants/seeds. However, here are a few snippets/ recommendations.

Maskotka. Huge yields of very tasty red cherries on a small, tumbling bush.

Grushovka. Bush, I metre. Claimed to be early. This was a fib. But lots of 120g to150g bright pink heart shaped lovelies. Very tasty and great for cooking.

Chickie Cherry. Cordon. Very pretty little flat yellow fruits, flushed apricot. Taste pleasant but not outstanding. Mid/late, Cordon. Medium yield.

Tonnelet. Striped plum, Cordon. Underwhelming productivity, but very good flavour once fully ripe

Bloody Butcher. Red. Compact cordon. A must-grow for me. Early, tasty, prolific all season. One of my plants was the normal height but the other only reached about 80cm. Interesting.

Sweetie. Cordon. Small orange-red cherry. Prolific. Favoured by the neighbours.

Rosella Cherry. Cordon. Really well-flavoured, dark red little cherries. Vigorous and productive.

Santorini. Lush, red, mini-beefsteaks, super flavour, vigorous cordon.

Gardener's Delight, JWK's 2005. Okay, I'm not 100% confident of the labelling here, but my friend in the next village took one of my two plants and swears it's GD and reports that it tasted fabulous.

Dwarf Velvet Night. Dwarf Tomato Project. Big cherry/salad type, purple with good flavour.

Piglet Willie's French Black. Cordon. Dark red-green, shiny salad type. Really impressive-looking but I found them to be a bit tough and sometimes mealy.

Wow Cherry. Again, not 100% sure this is labelled correctly. Golden yellow cherries with huge flavour. Massive vine, reaching almost to my bedroom window before I pulled it out yesterday.

Sinister Minister. Cordon. Golden-brown mini plums. Stunted by suspected early blight in friend's greenhouse. Also passed seeds to an acquaintance who sent me a sample of the results. A large yellow/green striped thing! It was very tasty but clearly, this variety is not stable.

Lufichoise. Cordon. Orange/yellow striped multiflora. Insanely heavy trusses I had to support on plant pots and with added strings. Very decent flavour.
