hi too late for peppers I sow mine in early Feb. on heat to get them in fruit now onwards. parsnips need to be sown in open prepared ground now....make a trench of say 1 inch and cover the seeds about 3/4 inch with riddled sand and peat... a lot depends on how the seeds were stored and also depends where you situated, should not be a problem now.

    Hi Jacqui.
Parsnips are slow growing and it's about 9 months before they mature. It's usual to sow in late winter but you can sow them now. Don't let them dry out though.
They like limy soil, and well rotted muck dug in during the previous season.

Haven't got a clue about peppers, sorry.
