    Cheers Barnaby, that's helpful - I wasn't sure if cutting it back too early after flowering would affect next years flowering. I guess it's like any other perennial though.

    Can't answer re Gardeners World though! Maybe someone needs to go be in the next GQT audience and put this question (and also about Paeonies!) to the experts?
