Actually started off clearing the old sprouting broccoli and digging that strip over. Now on to the rest of the work.

Not that I'm complaining but.....I'm hot!!!!

Just having a refreshing Redbush tea.

Hubs is cutting the hedges...don't worry they've all been checked for nesting birds :dbgrtmb: ! Most are either in the eaves of the house and workshop or in various shrubs.

I am positioning plant pots around the garden to suss out what looks best , been backwards and forwards a million times.........Ok I exaggerate, but it feels like it.!!:nonofinger:

Nothing to do in the garden today, it's hair washing day and having a rest from the last 2 days.

If you paint it green it will blend in with the rest.

If it gets up to the mid 50f's I will go out and do some weeding. If it doesn't warm up, I'll do a bit of tidying in the greenhouses. The sun will heat those up quite nicely!

Just had my first vaccine and feeling very achey but want to get some stuff planted and tidied! Going to sort out the growhouse which has been home to all the leftovers and old pots but I want to turn into a space for my tomatillos (I'm going to take the shelves out and grow them surrounded by the panes of the growhouse until they get too tall, basically). So need to do some organising of spare trays and pots.

Also need to tidy up some old terracotta pots that have sandwiched themselves together, need to see if I can prise them apart.

Have to go out for more compost. How do I go through so many bags of the stuff! If I had more space I'd buy a megabag at the beginning of the season!

I found a few things were wilting a bit today so have watered everything to within an inch of its life in hopes they all perk up - I thought they'd gotten enough rain but apparently I was wrong :doh:I have a tendency to overwater so trying to find some sort of middle ground lol. Other than that, I did some plotting: I want to move some things around once they're happier and I sort of got a lithodora despite deciding to not get any more plants this year... these things happen.

I like your bench and its resident @Victoria - I have a similar set in a different make/colour, though I don't think yours and mine would get on lol

Best wishes to everyone and their gardens
