What are you planning for winter containers this year?

    Have done it all re snowdrops and all to no avail. I have plenty of other bulbs to put on a nice show so really not worried.

      Are you buying dry snowdrop bulbs @Songbird ? Dry ones usually are poor growers in the green the way to go or even better a gift from a friend / relative .

      I've never had to soak snowdrop [or crocus] bulbs, but we have the opposite problem - keeping bulbs dry!
      The snowdrops I have here, which spread like mad, aren't the common one, but they were a present from my sister, and had sat in a pot all summer with no attention. I have hundreds of them now.
      If you have a problem @Songbird , buying them in spring, in the green, is probably easier.

      Violas and cyclamens in our out door plastic orange water containing trough sitting on wheels for easy movement around the patio.
