What is this? Semillas Iberic - Psitsassy

I have just found a packet of seeds tucked away in the shed (a gift I think) with a most ornate flower on the front (similar to Bird of paradise), and instructions for how to plant the seeds, but no after care or information on what it actually is. I've never heard of it and can't find information.
The packet has Semillas Iberic - Psitsassy on it.
Can anyone help with any information on this plant please?

 

They're seeds from Iberia (Semillas Iberic), Psit sassy is an abreviation of Heliconia cv psittacorum. Sassy.

They are Heliconia seeds probably brought back from the Canaries. and possibly by now may not be viable. A temperature of 25c would be needed for germination.
They are sub tropical and do not grow on mainland Europe. They need a minimum temp of 8/10c in winter to survive in a greenhouse and normally grow too large for a domestic size one.
If you get one to grow it will have the appearance of a Banana or Streiltzia.
