I've been a plasterer for 8 years, so every day holding a trowel, I just have marks where blisters used to be.. but don't get blisters on my hands anymore because of it...

Today I have spent the past couple of hours digging over an empty border, digging in lots of compost, then planting three Camellias and two Rhododendrons and mulching it all with some bark chippings.

Yesterday I dug up a lilac Rhododendron which I put in a planter.

Today I added some J Arthur Bowers Garotta to the compost.

I bought two decent sized Clematis montanas (Rubens and Grandiflora) from Morrisons for £5 each just now, so will plant those out over the weekend (when I can decide where they are going). They are already flowering so will look lovely next year.
