Hi nFrost, I think they came in a seed packet many moons ago, possibly a mixed lot with the blue and the white varieties. Once they are in the garden you'll always have them as they seed merrily. They might be common in gardens but I like them and my Wife used to tell me that she thought they were my favourite.......she was probably right.:snork:

Out of my garden bin probably:roflol: I pull them up daily (blue and white) by the bucket load (almost). As Kristen keeps reminding me - one years weed is seven years seed!

One,[Sally],was asleep on the bench by the pond and the other, [Jenny] was sitting in the Arbour sunning herself. She's suddenly started to act like a Meerkat, sitting up, raising her body so that she can see further>> just like the middle Meerkat in the pic:hate-shocked::cat-kittyandsmiley::snork:

The bluebells and cowslips in my wildflower area. They've gradually seeded and mingled together over the years. :)

When I looked on here and couldn't find my last pictures I was a bit puzzled. I've found out what's happened to them, I posted them in the March thread! They were taken on 2nd April, so not too bad.

The tree peonies are coming into bud ( three weeks earlier than last year). It'll be another good year for this one as there are well over 20 buds on it.

The Saphora has got so heavy with flowers this year, that the branches are bending under the weight

Erysimum Chelsea Jacket is way ahead of the other varieties and making a lovely splash of colour.

The tree ceanothus has suddenly decided to flower well (it doesn't usually do all that much and must have heard us discussing whether to remove it.
                              P1200139.jpg

Epimediums are starting to flower now. The yellow one is spreading well, as usual, so when this period of drought is over we'll try and pot some up for sale.
                              P1200121.jpg

The pink version is nowhere near as rampant and takes a long time to spread.
