A big thank you to @joolz68 for Canna x ehemanii...............

I'm still not sure that Salvia "Black and Bloom" is an improvement over "Black and Blue"............

    Commelina tuberosa...............

    Kniphofia uvaria?

Salvia coccinea is turning into a really good Salvia. Shame that it's a touch tender.............

      Hi Longk,

I live the way you've got the Salvia and Nasturtiums :)

I'll never forgive you for getting me hooked on these Salvia thingys :)

Hayloft are doing another offer with a gorgeous pale yellow one on it called " Lemon Pie " .

I'm seriously thinking about it :)

That's a really lovely view, John :love30:. The terracing gives it the effect of an endless flower bed. :blue thumb: All the hard work you put in to it has really paid off.

Love the Tigridia @HsuH . That's a new 1 on me. Looks decidedly tender I'm off to Google it to see if I have a snowballs chance of growing it here.

It's Pittosporum tenuifolium garnettii planted as a little twig about 25 years ago, I've never touched it since and it always lights up the garden like that, I reckon it's around 20ft tall.

That's some mouthful @JWK ! but stunning. I'm not that keen on variegated foliage but do have exceptions and if I could grow this it would be 1. Great choice for your growing conditions.
