A few shots taken in the garden at lunchtime

A pink dwarf waterlily, peeking out from beneath a ceratostigma in the currently rather weedy and overgrown pond:

Aeoniums (Aeonia?) recently given me by a kind friend - they seem to be settling in happily :)

The Fragola vine put in a couple of years ago has rocketed into growth now and produced quite a few bunches of grapes for the first time:

Nicotiana; all grown from a 50p Wilko's packet of seed. Lovely range of colours and they smell delicious at night.

    Rose 'Golden Wings'

And finally, crab apple Laura - again, only a couple of years old, and its first substantial crop:

    Thanks for looking!

I agree, they are my favourite too. I only have one, a climber/rambler, Sunseeker.

Yes South Pennines , the hill across you can just make out through the trees is around 1500 feet.

@Perki do the wave petunias smell as lovely as the regular non stop manual dead heading variety?

                          Begonia Fragrant - Red Glory
I planted these last year in the hope they really were fragrant, but I can't smell a thing. So I left them in the ground as a failed experiment. I lost a few things over-winter but this survived (along with another Begonia and Senecio candicans 'Angel's Wings':
