@ARMANDII and @Sandy Ground are talking about mislabelled plants. Well, I bought this without a label...............
[IMG]Is this Salvia coerulea? by longk48, on Flickr

It could be S.coerulea or maybe the true species of S.guaranitica.

Calla Picasso, left in the ground last winter instead of lifting and storing them.

Sunsatia (Nemesia) Mango, difficult to find anywhere so I keep it going over winter and take cuttings each year, I love the scent and multi coloured flowers.

@strongylodon Is your Spider's Web protected? It looks as though it might be . Does it need protection? Ours is in the middle of our flower bed and does very well.

One is protected in the exotic bed although it is not surrounded by so many other plants in winter and the one in the pic is by an east facing wall, both suffered slight scorch after two nights of -7c last November.

I've been away for a week and went round the garden, quickly, taking snapshots - too hot to bother setting them up :phew:

The Erysimums are going to need replacing as they're going rather woody. This is the best of the lot! We were going to replace them this summer but all our potted up ones got sold on Open Day (we had a couple of dozen of them :rolleyespink:). As they flower for a lot of the year they seem to go very woody, quickly. So we tend to change them every three or four years. Cuttings are extremely easy.

These are in tall pots (3ft+) so it's much easier to fill them by putting hanging baskets in the top.

Jerusalem sage are now coming into full flower (we have them everywhere in the garden as the bees love them)

These are some of the pot plants that have been ordered and awaiting their new owners coming to pick them up :)

Just some of our pot plants - I need to check the variegated fuschias to see whether they're starting to produce flower buds yet (they're the green and pink leafed ones)
                    P1340097.JPG

Verbena bonariensis is now over 6ft high - all self-seeded.

Hostas are starting to flower (plastic garden chairs in background are gifts from someone. They turned up the other week and said they were sure that we could do with them :noidea: People are so generous because we do a lot for charity :love30:)

As we were going away for the week we took down our hanging baskets to make them easier for people to water them for us. I shan't put them back up until the heatwave has finished. They're quite well sheltered in the car port.

The main flower on the Veronicastrum is starting to form flower buds on its stem. It will now become upright as I've got the sprinkler on it. The side flower stems (loads of them) come along a little bit later

A very small leafed Hebe, low growing but a spreading habit. Its white flowers will eventually totally hide the leaves

Is that the one Mrs @shiney sold cuttings of and called "Paula" (because that is the lady she got her original cutting from ;) )? I bought a few of those cuttings, but mine have yet to flower. Hoping it is because your one looks lovely

Yes, even for you :snork:. Preferably from branches that don't have flowers (although there aren't always many of those so you may need to take a flowering one and remove the flowers) and from something that is not too woody.

No, that isn't 'Paula' and, from what I understand, Paula doesn't grow anywhere near as big as the one I have posted. That one is at 15ft long and up to 3ft high - after some years. :)
