We have one or two Wild orchids on our dunes here....apparently quite rare elsewhere Shiney but yours is a must have. Beautiful :). I'm with others here, some great plants you have so worth a visit.

Trying to cool down with lagers ....well, one, and ice lollies. It is as hot as I can remember

Martin, I have hebe Red Edge.....more grey blue foliage.....that I keep as a clipped mound. Nice in winter where the red edges are more showy but esp so in spring when the mauve blue flowers emerge.
The only dwarf hebe I have now but I have had some nice ones...Quicksilver is a beauty with silvery blue foliage and the straight Albicans but all are happy rightly clipped as long as it is done every year and not too hard.....after flowering of course :)

On my lunchtime ramble today I suddenly came across what looks like snow in flaming June, fairy seeds thick as cotton wool.

Ha ha, yes Mark. Thought I had better post an agastache or two. Black Adder, Summer Sky, Heatwave, Sangria and others to come when they have a few more flowers :)

We do have Bee Orchids in the garden but they're not so good this year. Last year was good but the year before they didn't flower at all.
