Hi Logan, they grow well, the containers are about two ft deep. I have a blue/white bicolour one at the moment ( it's about 3 yrs old ), nice and bushy with plenty of leaves but once again this year no flowers.
I think it's because of the compost as if I remember correctly they like a poorer soil which I don't have, as you probably know I only have a gravelled courtyard with no bare soil.

That's good then, they might flower later on, if you don't feed them they should flower sometime if you think that's why.

@Sienna's Blossom Honey Garlic (Nectaroscordum siculum or Allium nectaracsardium - they keep changing its name but it used to be simply Allium siculum) looks lovely and the bees love it. You need to be aware that it can seed like mad so if you don't want them everywhere you will need to remove the seed heads before before they burst. If you just want more I would suggest you collect the seeds and plant them where you want and not let them plant themselves where they want.

We sell hundreds of them and always give that warning. :blue thumb: I sold over fifty yesterday :)

Thanks @shiney it was your photos of them that made me fall in love with them, I'd never heard of them before. I've put them in the front garden where we have other self seeders too like foxgloves and aquilegia, so I'm happy for them to seed about for now. I find things don't usually seed in the rest of the garden and think it might be because we have heavy clay most places, but I will keep an eye on them!
