      Thank you @Logan

I like your English Bluebells, and it's nice to see them in your garden. I prefer them, they are growing in the hedgerow outside my garden but in the garden I have the Spanish ones. The previous owner must have planted them many years ago. I have been trying to get rid of them.

Most of our fancy looking tulips have finished but the single colours are just coming into their own. They're just as attractive as the fancy ones. :blue thumb:

Stipa arundinacea We haven't pruned this one back as it has already got too big for its position and we shall be digging it up and replacing it with a younger, smaller one
                                P1510439.JPG

The whole of the centre section of this golden Euonymous is also going to be removed leaving the small one in the front and the large one in the back. It is hiding the large area behind it that we have cleared of weeds and undergrowth that we shall be planting up. It now grows so fast that it also gets in the way of mowing. It has also swamped some plants around it.

The first of our Lilacs is flowering and the others seem to be only a week behind it. They're normally in full bloom by now. This one is over 14ft tall as we don't prune the top
