Some of the tubs are looking surprisingly good now. They've usually given their best by early September. Low light so the photos were not taken in the best conditions.

You'll probably notice that the tubs are fairly densely planted.



We treat this as a trial planter - see if things work or not together

Great colour Michael esp from coleus . Not grown enough as foliage impact

 

Delphinium Cliveden Beauty starting to flower again. Flowering since late spring it was cut back 4 weeks ago. Imperata Red Baron too makes an impact

Thanks, I sowed the whole packet and I think every one germinated lol so now I have two tubs and a trough full of them. I was going to prick them out into individual pots but never got around to it. They do look pretty together though
