The first rule of instructions is ...

    1. Read all the instructions.

    That even comes before ...

    2. Don safety goggles!

Oh my, that little Lisa geranium is pretty! :blue thumb: Are the leaves sticky, @Michael Hewett?

I have never heard of lots of your other plants. This site is an education. :) The Mammillaria is astonishing! :thud:

I don't think they're sticky @ViewAhead but next time I go down the garden I shall check.

Thank you, @Michael Hewett. I find Johnson's Blue and Mrs Kendall Clark geranium leaves hard to touch, but I really love Magnificum and Album ones. I'm neutral about Hexham White - neither sticky nor softly tactile.

My Magnificum are just starting. Here they are with Phalaris, a tall Veronica and a tall Campanula.

@CarolineL up until this year I thought it was hardy but it had damage due to a couple of -6/7cs in January and some leaves browned and a branch died but it is still a decent looking shrub. Surprisingly M violaceus was untouched which I thought was less hardy.
