What's Looking Good May 2025

7pm with sun setting on the Callistemons and Cycad, 19c, got to 22c today ...

 

@pete, I kept it in the conservatory once the buds started forming but I may have kept it too dry. There is new growth starting now so in two years time......

 

Some garden pictures from the last few days:
Red flowered strawberry and fleabane and some red valerian in the backgrouund

Aronia from a cutting flowering for the first time with Pulmonaria in the background

Exochorda still has some flowers

As the pictures came up (on a laptop) I thought it was a pretty decorated cake! Stunning. All lovely flowers.

 

Thank you @Victoria, the cactus is quite small and this is the first time for it to flower.

Thank you, @Plantminded. My garden is definitely not up to the standard of yours, but in amongst the general chaos, there is the odd spot of glorious growth to be showcased if I pick the right moment and focus in closely!
