Wisteria query

    This is greatly exaggerated as it's a tree graft. I couldn't find another image. usually the graft on Wisteria will be near the soil surface or even below. I hope this gives you the general idea

    1 - I doubt it!!
    2 - Indeed. Mr. F'smum has 'been doing things' in the garden today - which accounts for the wretched wisteria flowers in the shower!

    Fortunately, this little retaining wall keeps some of 25ft of wisteria blooms off the path.
    The one on the pergola next to the koi pool, I spend a few minutes clipping off the blooms when they're dying off, but a lot still end up in the pool as do the leaves in the autumn if I don't get the net on early enough.
