      Good morning I have to have my owl flu jab tomorrow ,last year they had to close the surgery as there were cars blocking all the roads and the amount of people was in the hundreds:dunno::smile:

          Oh Thank you all for agreeing or at least feeling that my son Steve has got it right, glad it gave some of you some fun in believing what he said; He has just returned from being out fishing on the lake all day, the fish and croquette potatoes I prepared for him are going into the bin he has brought back some rubbish from the nearby Turkish take away.               The sky is as clear as crystal out there and when I let the dogs out there was Orion the Hunter filling the sky.I'm not really up on constellations but you couldn't miss him,fascinating :blue thumb:

              Moyra, I'd have been round for them if I'd known :) :wub2:.
              I hope you're feeling better today. The weather forecast is getting milder again and it says that this morning should be dry(ish). Most of your dog walking should be able to be done in the dry :blue thumb:. Tomorrow it looks as though you should do the walking early on as the main part of the day will have heavy rain, and then moving away in the evening.

              My foot has been a lot better the last couple of days but is feeling very itchy this morning. Hopefully that means that it's getting better and not getting worse again. Mrs Shiney will let me know when she changes the dressings. I can't do the dressings myself as they're under the foot so, when I'm away in Birmingham for three days next weekend (national bridge tournament) I'll have to find someone to do them for me.

              This afternoon I'm off to see a Myofascial Physiotherapist to see how she can help with my back and neck problems (and my knee that's giving me trouble at the moment). My medical insurance is paying for it. :blue thumb:

              I had a go at turning my compost heaps yesterday (never bothered before) and have decided not to bother in the future. It's too much like hard work! :heehee:

                Bit cloudy here and rain forecast for the afternoon and tomorrow so better get a few little garden jobs out of the way early

                Fingers crossed the Physio sorts you out Shiney and that the itchy foot is a sign it's healing
