Hope you managed to chill AB. Bet your daughters loved messing about in the kitchen with their Dad though, makes it worth feeling cream crackered at the end of the day. Fingers crossed you get some garden time today.

Am I the only woman on GC whose other half can't cook? I keep reading about all the scrummy meals all the men on here are preparing while my husband can just about take something out of the freezer and put it in the oven. Luckily he has many other redeeming features, like putting up with me

How's Daisy today, Loli? Hope your cold has cleared up and you're enjoying your week off.

WOO, a beautiful moon, I did get to see it last night it was shining so brightly.

Shiney, you are a real gentleman, how on earth long did it take you to walk both ways to get back to your company? Not good for the old foot. It sounds as though you are enjoying yourselves anyway.

Eve, Steve rarely cooks for me but he did treat me to a Chinese meal last night!

Zigs, glad Willow will be back for the pumpkin picking.

Loli, hope Daisy is on the mend and you are beginning to throw off that cold mine has left me with sinus problems but I keep taking the antihistamine.

Well guess I better get Amber out for her walk, think I shall need a jacket this morning as it feels quite chilly out there even though it is bright enough. Have a good day all.

Woo...AMAZING picture wasn't the moon fantastic last night,I noticed before I went to bed and even got up twice in the night even though I didn't 'need' to just to look at it...

Shiney....That is you to a 't' those ladies must have been so relieved when our Shiney knight turned up...

Eve...No you're not the only one...my other half can't even make a slice of toast without making a hash of it

Moyra...Have you tried 'Sinutab' I once had awful sinus problems and it did the trick for me

I'm still trying my best to keep Daisy going but I even with my best efforts I don't think it's helping this time she's still bright eyed and waddling after me so I'll give her another day or two to see how she goes

I had a lovely afternoon yesterday ,met up for lunch with some of my family and friends I'd not seen in a while (Ladies only) so just a tad delicate this morning...it was especially lovely to see my Great Aunt 98 years young what a lady...

Its been a gorgeous afternoon and i got loads done in the garden..borders weeded,grass cut,patio washed and started painting my fence...I think thats not bad for 1 day in the garden...PHEW!!!!...kids are just bedded so time to relax and watch some tv...enjoy the rest of your evening guys
