    Good Morning everyone,

Just taken Amber for her walk on the green. Very dull and overcast out there but dry so should be good for picking beans Shiney! Apart from tomatoes which have now more or less finished and a sweet pepper I didn't grow any other veg this year. It's just not worth it we do not eat them. Even the tomatoes I have had to freeze because we rarely eat them. I am in a quandary do I start to put the hanging geraniums away for the winter or are we going to get this Indian Summer they are talking about? We had a couple of nights where the temperatures were quite low but it is difficult to know. Then I think oh so what if they are killed get some fresh ones next year but I do like to look after them.

Have a good day all my friends and God bless. :wub2:

      Morning early people :)

Another grey day, hope it brightens up.

Have a good day everyone and remember, the runner bean is a perennial, protect the roots from frost and it'll come back in the spring :)

      Morning all

The Indian summer has definitely arrived here, for this week anyway. Really warm and sunny already.

Hope Woo is ok - not like him to miss early morning roll call.

Wishing everyone a happy and productive day, don't work too hard.

Evening all :) Sorry I am late today - very slow start this morning, as my back is all but completely cream-crackered after my escapades over the past six days. Sadly, my escapades will continue at least until tomorrow now - by the time I got the living room finished today, and shampooed the carpet, starting on the kitchen looked like a really bad idea (if I started it, I would still be at it at 11 tonight I reckon, and that just isn't happening).

Still, what is done looks good.

Hopefully Woo will be back on shortly - he is fit and well, but has had problems with those wee computer gremlins :)

Hope you have all had a great day.

              Welcome back, Woo :blue thumb:

I had a phone call from one of their technicians today.

              "I'm from Windows Technical Dept."

"That's great! Why are you phoning?"

"We've had a report that you have a Windows problem."

"Your right, but how did you know?"

"We get the reports automatically, from your computer."

              "Blimey! That's fantastic."

"Don't worry, we can sort it out for you."

"Thanks, but I've sorted it out myself."

"Are you sure the problem is completely solved? What problem did you have?"

"Well, it was much too hot."

"That could be because your computer was running too fast."

"No, I don't think it was that, because my computer hasn't moved."

"So what have you done about it?"

"I opened the window. It was quite stiff at first but I solved the windows problem with WD40."

Silence at the other end and then they cut off :lunapic 130165696578242 5:
