I'm off to my birth choices meeting today. Hopefully they can reassure me regarding a normal birth and how to strengthen my body for it. At the moment I can't even walk to the local shop. It's the bed rest they've had me on all preg. Trying to think of something I can do in the room to show how weak I am maybe squeezing a tennis ball or something ?? Or walking up the corridor?? Anyway have a lovely day everyone it's overcast here hopefully the sun will come out soon

Hope the pain goes soon Shiney - could you have strained a muscle doing the pressure washing? I always think that job finds muscles I didn't even know I had.

Got lots of clearing/weeding/type jobs done at the weekend. Mostly as I was keeping out of the way of my husband who was trying to build my new greenhouse. Neither of us are particularly good at DIY but he was too stubborn to ask a friend for help so it's still not finished. Another fun day, today then

Its a cold and frosty morning here, and a dusting of snow too overnight.....come on Spring!!
We had a busy busy weekend, we did manage to get some more painting done too.
I'm home today and need to get some things done around the house, and need to make a stop at the grocery store too.

@shiney ....you've maybe pulled something...just a thought but does it feel worse after certain foods? i ask because it sounds very similar to when my Gall bladder started playing up....

I'm jealous of Woo and Loli's Waltz Time roses. They are absolutely gorgeous. I will need to source some when I'm in the UK at the weekend. Haven't seen them round here anywhere.
