    Good morning everyone,

Its sunny here this morning, supposed to be nice all week, so that'll really help the snow melt. We did lose some since it rained off and on Saturday......so nice to see it melting!!

I was supposed to go to Toronto today, but that's now tomorrow, but I do have to go up to the Mennonites later today.

We had a busy weekend, but it was good.

Off to throw some laundry into the dryer......so enjoy your day everyone

      Aloha everyone,

Moyra, I hope the dentist thingy went OK :blue thumb:

Teaching went well, as usual. After lunch I got quite a bit of gardening done and it was good weather for it. Quite mild but very overcast, with not sign of the sun. I did two solid hours of digging out dandelions and buttercups. Some of the dandy roots were over 12" long! I also cleaned out the gutters of the summerhouse :dbgrtmb:

I have the aerial man coming this morning to move the aerial to the other side of the chimney. At the moment it's sticking out above the solar panels and the pigeons keep depositing packages on the panels. I'll ask the man to hose them down afterwards, so I'll have to get out the big extension for the hose. In my younger days I would have been up on the roof doing the work but I don't go up ladders at all, now. :old:

Although he said he'll come early in the morning I don't think he meant this early :heehee:

I'm a bit achy this morning but I'll have a couple of hours rest and watch the world news :coffee: and then get out there to do some more weeding.

It's a bit lonesome on here at this time of the morning - only me - but I'm good company :snork:

      Have a great day

      Aloha!

              Good morning everyone,

Moyra..No doubt you'll be feeling a bit sore this morning but all done now hopefully:thumbsup:

Shiney...Typical of Stoggies:doh:...good idea getting the aerial moved, they certainly make a mess, especially when it comes to Blackberry season:rolleyespink:....funny you should mention ladders...i've been pondering over getting rid of a Eucalyptus tree ...over the last few years i've managed to keep it to around 20 ft by clambering around and lopping it but last year it seemed much harder work climbing it...so i think my lumber jill days are over....i put it in the wrong place for a start:doh:...if it comes down i won't be removing the roots it will just get chopped at the base because when planting it i dug down and came across the remains of a large dog which must have been from the previous owners so i just planted the tree and didn't disturb it anymore...so it's become a sort of memorial...

Ziggy....hope you woke up enough to get to work:dbgrtmb:

We've had quite a bit of rain over overnight,it's freshened the garden up nicely,my lawns looks quite lush,if you ignore the craters where the chooks have been:rolleyespink:

              Waves to all,

Have a great day and take care:SUNsmile:

                Morning everyone,

Shiney, no more climbing ladders for you young man. Feet planted firmly on the ground please.

                Zigs. are getting sorted Lad.

Steve you never said yesterday if I was right that you have been having trouble with your arms again. Do look after yourself.

Loli, Have it cut down to a level you can reach from the ground and use it as a seed station for the birds.

WOO where are you dear are you still very poorly. I will send some healing vibes.

Well had the other teeth pulled. I have to give him his due, he is a good dentist. that what I thought was tooth was in fact bone I have a like bit the other side now. I have to go back in two weeks to have them all cleaned up and then it is a case of waiting for dentures if I want them that is. Seeing as they are all back teeth with the exception of one I might leave them.

Have a good day all, God bless.:wub2:

A quick hello from a wet and windy Scotland. Though to be fair it's been dry until this morning and hopefully will clear up this afternoon.

Very erratic internet here so I'll just wish everyone a great day before it crashes.

                    Morning all,

Its going to be another nice day here, supposed to start raining later on, which is fine with me. Its amazing how much snow has melted, but there is still so much to go.

I'm off to Toronto shortly, and Natalie and Daniel are coming with me. I cant believe that little man will be 6 months old this Friday!!

It was so nice to be able to sit out on the deck last night and BBQ, gonna do that again tonight....and maybe have another glass of wine, lol!!

Off to get dressed, and then get ready to head out.......so enjoy your day everyone

That's incredible Penny, where has that six months gone. Oh it is a shame that babies do not stay babies long. It wont be long before he is a toddler!

Steve, Thanks for the explanation. I am sorry you had a visit from the black dog. That dog sure has got about over this last few months but what with all the troubles of the world it is not surprising really.

Shiney hope all in your garden is wonderful.
