    I wonder where you're going!!! :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

What part of Essex is the breeder? I suppose they'll let you pick them up on Sunday :)

LIF - sorry to hear about your Dad - such a worry for you! - hopefully, it isn't the worst type and there is some light in the distance?

Loli - I have a buff orp ... not very original in naming her - "Buffy" :heehee: They are a lovely breed. My Fatty Hatty was an Orp, just not a buff one - loved her to pieces!

    Moyra - thank you :)

LWW - I had an attack of sciatica (hit me mid exams too!) Do be gentle with yourself - no matter how delightful the garden, it isn't worth prolonging your agonies for ;)

Shy Knee - maybe you should have offered the bunnies some of the bird seed? They may have left your Mac Poppies alone!

Another day of drudgery over with for me ... if I have to repeat a certain sentence just once more today, I think my brain will set alight :heehee:

Made the decision that the next course of Dog School, Ozzy and I will skive off (it's 7 weeks instead of 6) - it's just too much of a big ask with everything else going on and it really isn't wise to pay up front for something we will most likely miss most of! So, next Sunday will be our last for a good few weeks. (Hope Ozzy forgives me :doggieshmooze: ).

Righto, off to catch up with a little more Gardener's Chorus :heehee:

Miles of smiles xMx :) (Or should that be Reams of Beams? :noidea: :heehee: )

          Good morning
Uniform on sat in garden with a cuppa - draining the last few moments of daylight and bird song before work.
          Have a happy day everyone!

            Aloha everyone,

We're getting busier and busier as we try to organise the timing of everything. So many things have to be done at the last minute and I need to organise people and transport for things whilst checking when they are needed elsewhere. The charity now only have 6 x 6ft tables and I need 16 altogether. We have 4 ourselves. So 6 more to get - which will come from the village hall, but I need to find out if and when they are needed at the hall. I hope they don't have a wedding on the weekend. I have to find a convenient time for the marquee to be picked up and the vehicle and helpers to get it and erect it. Then, as we'll need to do it early, it will be in the way for mowing the lawn.

We handle most of the publicity, including the village magazines, but the charity have managed to get the local papers to advertise it - if they have the space (at no cost).

Too many other things going on all at the same time. Mrs Shiney has booked us on a day tour to some gardens, I've got three AGM's to organise and chair, some classes to teach, some info pages to write for new website, a charity bridge drive to support, appointments booked for chiropody and dentist and six bridge matches, and a set of annual accounts to do - all in the last ten days! I suppose I'll have to fit some gardening in sometime :heehee: Fortunately I have 22 hours each day to do things :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

            Enjoy this wonderful weather

            Aloha!

Yes: it is!! (Today: well, most days actually ... )

Loli, glad Mum's appointment was positive! Healing vibes winging their way to her from me.

The morning certainly was full of cheer, optimism and wonder ... I have a Team Leader who is capable of making even sun shine seem like a fire bolt about to happen and destroy everything in its path! (Having evil thoughts now ... beware!)

Love and luck to all our WW tribe xMx
