      Aloha everyone,

It's a very still and mild morning but have no idea, yet, whether it will be sunny.

Yesterday's tournament was enjoyable but not successful.

We've decided that my eye needs further investigation and I shall be going to Moorfields Eye Hospital next week. I phoned them and they said that I don't need an appointment and should go to A&E. I discussed what was the best time for them and shall follow their advice. Apparently I can go at any time to A&E for diagnostics (open all hours) but some of their other services are only at specific times.

I don't want to go to the local hospital's ophthalmology department as it's in 'special measures' and I used to be a regular at Moorfields in the early 1950's. Take a bet they don't still have my records :heehee:.

In the meantime, I'm taking things a bit easy in the garden and leaving it to the expert. :)

Keep well and have a great day

      Aloha!

        Morning all :spinning:

Felling a bit sorry for myself this morning. Had a tooth taken out yesterday. The
trouble was that I had broken it, so of course there was'nt too much to get a grip on.
After about 10 minutes, much clunking of metal tools, the assistant supporting my
head during all the pushing and shoving, the blighter came out. So all bruised
and sore.:oopss: soft and mushy food, and jelly :blue thumb:

Not much doing here weather wise, very dank and dismal, though a slight promise
of sun later. Started tidying my banana plants, got to take out of pots and dry
out a bit. New to me, taking advice from other forum.

Still clearing out stuff from different rooms, why, oh why, do we collect what we
do ? I am sure we could live quite well without most of it .

Have a good day one and all
        :imphrt:

            Good morning fellow WW'ers

Still dark out so not sure what the weather will be doing (although it's been a lovely starry night, so clear skies).

Hope it all goes well for you :grphg:

There's another forum!!???? :thud: Sorry to hear you are feeling a bit low. I recommend some Chicken soup: good for the soul and easy on your sore jaw :grphg: Hope it heals quickly!

Hope you've told them!!! :hate-shocked: I know you enjoy guerrilla gardening, but that sounds a bit extreme to me :heehee:

How wonderful!! :wub2: Hope you aren't worn out from all the excitement? Did you take lots of photos? Did they experience some of your lovely walks with Penny?

Wishing you all miles of smiles and healing vibes for those below par :grphg: xxMxx

              Aloha everyone,

I made a gallon of it yesterday. :blue thumb: When I'm cooking chicken soup I know that Sarafi will always turn up about an hour after I've started it off :cat-kittyandsmiley:. I use a lot of chicken wings in the soup and they're his favourite (Shh! Don't tell his humans that he comes begging for wings - and that I give him bits of them.). He gets the wing tips (only one at a time) and we get the rest.

It's difficult walking round the garden and not being able to dig weeds out. This morning I'm going to, carefully, get the extension hose out and set up the sprinkler again as the garden is suffering from lack of water. I normally carry the hose, on its reel, from the back to the front but will have to use the barrow for a change. :noidea:

@Zigs pity you don't live up this way as you would have a regular job here - well, fairly regular :)

              @liliana wish you better :grphg:

I'm running an event for the county this afternoon so shall need to get everything together soon.

Keep well and have a great day

              Aloha!

                              Good afternoon fellow WW'ers

It is Ozzy's 5th birthday today :hapydancsmil: :doggieshmooze: (and 4 years, give or take a week or so, since he found his forever home with us) :wub2: He's been thoroughly spoilt with two new toys and some fresh, soft lamb "bones" :heehee:
While I was out shopping for Ozzy, a woman engaged me in conversation and mentioned she had a new puppy (Border Collie); so I mentioned Ozzy and she asked his breed and I explained Malamute x GSD. When our conversation ended, I hurried off down the next aisle only to hear her saying to her companion from behind the shelving: "I ****ing hate Malamutes!" :hate-shocked::th scifD36: :roflol: I couldn't help the thought popping into my head: "Good job, because my boy wouldn't like you very much either!" :snooty: :heehee:

Enjoy your rave @shiney - very disappointed that I wasn't invited :nonofinger: but I wouldn't have been able to make it anyway ;) :heehee:

Smiles and vibes for all xxMxx
