            It's lonely on here tonight/this morning :) but I'm sure some of you will be about soon.

            I've been busy for the last few hours handling things in other time zones but I'm going to make myself a hot drink and sit and watch the business news (I watch it every morning from 5 a.m. - 6 a.m. every weekday morning on BBC 1).

            This afternoon we're off to do our last test drive :phew: before deciding which car for Mrs Shiney :dbgrtmb:

                I also have 30 grams of porridge every morning - with half semi-skimmed milk and half water. :thumbsup: I add two drops of Stevia to it.

                    @shiney I hope your test drive is definitive :) This last van I bought I didn't even bother test driving. Just told the salesperson how many seats I needed, what choice of manufacturers and that the vehicle have good power/pick up. After having my mechanic look over it and I went to pick it up I had to ask which one it was because I didn't even specify colour!

                    Going to have a busy work day today and tomorrow to accomplish 3 days worth in two because we are expecting a sun shiny weekend and I don't want to spend any more time inside than necessary. I don't care if it's cold. I'll tinker around out there as long as the sun shines. :hapfeet:

                            I'm full of the joys of Spring but Mrs S is back in bed with the lurgy :sad:

                            The last test drive is now done and we're discussing which car she wants. This last one seems to have the larger boot but I'm not sure whether it's the one she prefers. I've managed to get the salesman to reduce the price by 4.5k and am still working on it.

                                @shiney I hope H recovers quickly from the lurgies- whatever that is - sounds dreadful :hate-shocked:

                                I'm going to get my circular saw going and then my compressed air stapler to work on getting some shades closer to completion. I want to get as much done today as possible because it is supposed to be lovely tomorrow and Sunday and I want to be able to putter around outside.

                                It actually looks very nice out there today but it is bitterly cold still.
