    Morning early people :)

Cloudy here again, not enough rain to be of any use yesterday.

Just made a fiver on one survey :)

Visited Chopper's nursery yesterday and bought 2 corgette plants :)

Have a good day everyone :spinning:

      Aloha everyone,

@CanadianLori what size are your solar panels? We'd never be able to shift ours as a one person job. :rolleyespink:

We got a lot done yesterday - more repotting and we made some alpine gardens ready for sale. Also got our hanging baskets sorted out ready for hanging but won't hang them until almost Open Day as they're easier to water whilst on the patio. They're doing quite well.

@Zigs mrs Shiney got the Bridgwater beans ready for sowing yesterday. She opened the seedpods and put them into soak over night. One of the pods had dark reddish brown seeds! A friend also gave her a few 'Heritage' beans and they look very similar to the Bridgwater ones. :noidea:

Keep well and have a great day

      Aloha!

I found that variation in the seeds too DSCN0454.JPG

I've had speckled and dark seeds in the same pod on some :noidea:

          Good day
I'll be quick here as I have some messy work to get done and I want to mess up my jammies and get it done before the neighbours wake up and come out. By then, I'll be squeaky clean and properly dressed. :rolleyespink:

@shiney my solar panels are small and are only to run the greenhouses off grid. I have 7 x 40w and 3 x 20w and 1 x 25w. 4 of the 40w charge the batteries for the greenhouse fans and lights to use at night and the rest directly run fans and pumps during the day.

I hear the washer telling me the first load of laundry for today is ready to hang.

Better run and do that and then get outside!

Have a safe and warm day :)

              Aloha everyone,

Also mild here at 53F but dull with no drizzle.

I have to go and open up the village hall again this morning, at 6.30, for the start of another cycle race. That's my last early opening until the election. :dbgrtmb:

              I've got big ones. :heehee:

We got a lot done in the garden yesterday but are busy today so not a lot will get done today.

Keep well and have a great day

              Aloha!

I keep telling you to send it our way but it must get waylaid on the way here.

The farmer has been using his giant hose and sprinklers on the field behind us.

There's talk by the water authority of bringing in a hosepipe ban. :rolleyespink: I'd then have to stop using the sprinkler :noidea: but I'm still allowed to use a hose :blue thumb: :old:

@moyra it's not cold out  (not warm, yet) but is warming up fairly quickly.

@wiseowl the right paperwork has worked. :dbgrtmb: We have drizzle. :)

                              Good day everyone
We had some rain overnight and it is dry and sunny now. It is Mother's Day over here and I've asked my sons to spend it with their wives and children rather than come over here. The roads get filled with maniacs racing around trying to find gifts and flowers at the last minute so it is safer for them to just stay home where it is safe. Peace of mind is the gift they're giving me. :)

I've still got loads to do outside and mountains of dirty pots to wash after all the planting out. I have a potting table with running water outside and I'll use that to do the job. The table drains into a container so that I can re-use the water for the plants when I'm finished. ;)

                              Have a safe Sunday :)
