Hope all is well , good luck in the tournament today @shiney , we're all cheering you on!!:yay::pathd:

Well, I may be hopping like one but I'm definitely not a happy bunny this morning!!
Another sleepless night ...not even a miserly 40 winks at dawn. ( which is what normally happens). I can find absolutely no sleeping position that is comfortable and that takes into account my weakened spine, arthritic hips ,painful right arm...supposedly tennis elbow, while elevating my knee pain just enough for me to drop off for an hour or two.

To make matters worse it's a beautiful day here with blue skies and gorgeous sunshine...I so want to be out in the garden!!!

I did have a wander around it yesterday , think that may have been a bit too much on my knee...who knows.

Morning @Flumpy , just seen that you have snuck in before me...:gmorning:, yes please to the coffee offer...:coffee:.

Seeds...planted!!:yikes: A tad too early I think. I know that I always weaken and start too early...so I'm really trying to fight off the urge this year and hold off until...maybe the end of February.

I do have plants in the greenhouse that I always sow before Christmas....Sweet Peas are one lot. I have also got a couple of other trays on the go too...but can't remember what without going out to read their labels.... that's if there still there of course!!!:heehee:

Well this won't do, I am still trying to keep up with the housework, by doing one room a day!!

    Keep safe and sound.:spinning:

            Good day
@Upsydaisy years ago I had tennis elbow in both arms and I remember it was nasty trying to brush my teeth or even raise a coffee mug as I needed both hands to do it. They taught me a physio that is so simple but oh so effective. If I feel the pain starting up, I quickly go back to those and it's gone the next day. Just extend your arm and wrist straight out and rotate left to right - like the action of a top loading clothes washer. That back and forth motion somehow works wonders. It took a few days to work at first but now it is magic if I catch it quickly.

@moyra that big alien thing is back again today. Beaming on everyone. I'll go back outside for a vitamin D shower :)

I'm watching my beloved corrie street again this morning. I've got bread dough going and I'll make fresh rolls with it.

I do have some chicken breast cooked so I may also make a baguette for garlic bread and make fettucine Alfredo topped with chicken.

And it is bed linen washing today. Easy peasy. Pull of bed. Wash, dry. Put back on bed :)

Have a lovely day all :coffee:

I've just finished my tournament and have qualified for the final :blue thumb:. I think it's sometime in April.

Just going to have some home made cream of mushroom soup (made with coconut milk instead of cream) and then doing ribeye steak, chips and peas.

Thanks @CanadianLori I'll keep yours warm for you but neither of us drink alcohol. :) When friends used to come to dinner they had wine and any left over was put in the fridge and used for cooking.

I'm having a few dates now and then, around midnight or 1 a.m. I shall have home grown blackberry and apple crumble with Greek yoghurt.

Thanks for the exercise tip Lori, I will definitely add it to the others my physio recommended . I've had it for a year come February and some days are worse than others, but sleeping with it is very difficult..

I did it about 6 or 7 times a day, well, every time I remembered to and within a week the relief was fantastic.

I thought it was ridiculously simple and wouldn't work but I was wrong :)

                              Aloha everyone,

Another busy day today. Went shopping at 6 a.m., have chiropody appointment 11.30, need to go to post office inbetween those to send books off, a county bridge league match at 2.30 against the top team in the county and I want to squeeze in some gardening.

sun is up now with a lovely pink streaked sky.

                              Keep well

Just doing the final adjustments to our online grocery shop prior to its delivery. Apart nipping out for fresh fruit/ veg and salad this is our first proper shop since a week before Christmas..
Surprisingly we still don't need too much!!!

                                Take care everyone .:spinning:
