    Good morning ladies & gentlemen,

Started off a bit overcast here this morning, but large patches of blue sky are appearing now, so it might turn out nice after all.

My very best wishes for a full recovery and also for your future very good health @AuntyRach . Glad to hear the CT scan went well for you @lizzie27 . Hope the results bring good news. Glad that Cricket is home safe & sound @Ladybird4 .

I make no apology for mentioning the following (again!) : Is Sir/Madam ordinarily resident in the UK? Is Sir/Madam of state pension age? Is Sir/Madam struggling financially? If Sir/Madam can answer 'yes' to all three questions, then might I suggest Sir/Madam applies for Pension Credit.
    Pension Credit

As always - best wishes to all.

      Good Morning folks.

I’m risking some washing on the line! I think it’s too damp in the air to dry, but it’s having a blow anyway.

I’ve started my new puzzle book that I bought ‘for Christmas’ - it’s a Murdle one. It’s mystery logic puzzles. Recommend as a stocking filler/ gift to self for any puzzle buffs.

Have a good day everyone- whatever you may be up too.

G'day. The forecast says wet all day but what we have is very thick fog and still, wet air. Bit miserable really so, apart from visiting the chooks and a bit of tidying in the polytinnel, I shall stick to indoor pottering today. No shortage of sewing and patchwork projects but a bit h*work to keep me out of trouble.

        Enjoy your R&R @AuntyRach.

Take care everyone, especially if recovering from illness or surgery.

          Good morning all.

I was sent a WhatsApp last night to ask if I could help decorate the church Christmas tree. When I arrived the curate was struggling to attach it into its base so I helped him. Then 2 ladies arrived and we decorated it. It was quite fun.

A big lorry has arrived and the digger that came a couple of days ago is busy digging out the village pond and emptying it into the lorry. I can watch them from the bedroom window. No time to do that now, the garden calls.
