Unloaded herself on the lounge carpet!! Fortunately, I treated myself to a very good carpet shampooer when I got her because I remember how unreliable puppies were. Trouble is she has been so good so far that you forget she is still young and do not expect her to be dirty having been clean for so long. Had it been after next Monday's operation to spay her I would not have been surprised but she has forgone all her titbits today so I hope she has learned the hard way. Probably not dogs don't think like humans do they? :rolleyespink:

We think the antibiotics have given her sistitis. As she kept doing little wees every few yards when Steve took her out earlier. I know that some antibiotics give me sistitis so that's why I think she is suffering from it. She has finished the antibiotics now so hopefully it will clear up very soon. I may have a word with the vet tomorrow. She is out for the count right now spread right across my bed! :sunny:

Hello everybody, light on the ground today. I hope everyone is ok.

Amber has been as good as gold since her little accident. Perhaps she was just making a protest. I have just walked her for the second time today and we went further than normal and now both she and I are wacked out.

    Have a good day everyone.:sunny:

    Good morning everyone,

I hope all of you and your four legged friends are well. :dbgrtmb:

I'm a bit annoyed with the vet. We had to keep Oscar in whilst waiting for him and when he turned up he shaved Oscar's neck (Oscar ignored it completely) but couldn't find his carotid so said he would come back at 7.40 p.m. with a nurse.

Oscar hadn't been too happy with being kept in and kept walking to the back door. He likes coming in but rarely stays long. We then had to keep him in until the evening but the vet didn't turn up.

I phoned their main surgery this morning and asked what had happened and they said that the vet was operating until 10 p.m. It's understandable that operations come first but, apparently, he knew he had the op to do. So now we are waiting for him to phone and arrange another appointment. Their administrator said that she would be happy to send two of their nurses from another of their surgeries but that the boss usually likes to deal with all of the home visits.

    Have a great day :D

Oh Shiney, what a nuisance I can understand you not being well pleased and now I suppose you are unsure what to do with Oscar. Cats don't care much for their routine to be upset. Hope you get it sorted out ok.:)

The vet has phoned and has checked with Oscar what is the best time in Oscar's diary for him to come along with a nurse.

Oscar said tomorrow afternoon would be OK.

Arh relief to see you WOO and know that all is well. Penny is looking much better after her illness. How our four legged friends do keep us on our toes, no two ways about it.

Shiney, I am glad Oscar has sorted out his diary for tomorrow and will consent to find time for the vet. Bet he said that was a close shave after his let off yesterday!

Yes, Kandy, Amber has been miss innocence itself today. How's your mouth now is it less sore? When will you know the outcome of the biopsy?

Have a lovely evening everyone. :sunny:
