Hi Moyra its OK I am innocent and I am pleading the 5th amendment :heehee:but I will tell you,I merely mentioned that it is only November when Mrs Woo decided in her infinite wisdom to put up the Christmas tree, she replied that it would make Christmas last longer and the when all the visitors drop in(its open house at Christmas),sons, daughters, daughters in law,Cousins, uncles, aunties ,friends and uncle Tom Cobley and all,and we shall be inviting just a few unfortunate homeless people, for Christmas dinner, and I have to do my Father Christmas impression at our local senior citizens care home on Christmas morning:phew:

    The said Christmas Tree:WINK1:

      Good morning Shiney and everyone,

Its a bit too early for us to put our trees up Woo so if you don't mind I shall enjoy looking at yours until it slips off of the page:D

Still busy at the moment getting everything ready for the 25th but will get there in the end no doubt but am looking forward to sharing the time with Mr K epsecially as well if we have some of the white stuff.:DI'm still conserving water now that our water board has applied for a drought permit and must get over to our resorvoir sometime as it is now only 50 full:eeew:

Nice and sunny here this morning and thankfully the wind has now died down but it is a mite chilly out there though, brrrrr:D

      Have a good day everyone:)

      Morning Everyone,

Felt a tad colder when I walked Amber this morning. Like the tree WOO so that earned you a big breakfast! Shiney enjoy your pressure hosing today in between pots of tea! Kandy, keep slogging away you'll get there. Off to my hospital appt. this morning which they say has not been cancelled due to the strike so I only hope that there will be someone there when I get there at 10.30 as I have waited long enough for the results of my renal and liver scan and all bits in between! Hopefully the damage to my kidneys is not as bad as they suspected.

      Have a good day everyone.:)

Hello Everyone, back from the hospital and am delighted to say that they tell me my kidneys are stable albeit that I do have a kidney stone but that is not a great problem. I am just so relieved that my kidney failure is stable so I must be doing something right. Feel like celebrating after all the worry. No need to go back for 4 months.

            Good morning Woo and everyone,

Moyra, brilliant news about your kidneys and lets hope that the stone doesn't come to much to give you grief.:thumbsup:It is disgusting though you was made to wait so long for the results when in actual fact I bet the results were ready within a few days of you having it done.:(Ye4s still b usy at the moment,Im having a good clear out of stuff that should have been got rid of years ago,fed up with it cluttering up the loft so when we get to moving from here we won't have as much stuff to pack into the car etc:D

Woo,lovely photo of the butterfly.:thumbsup:I'm looking forward to the spring so i start to wake up as it is very wearing on my health when we have the dark mornings and evenings.Quiet a few houses round our village already have their trees and lights up and it is one thing we look forward to at this time of the year when we go for our evening wander round the village:DGood Luck with the project and don't get too wet and cold out there:)

I think it is dry out there but as it is too dark, can't tell but hope you all have a good day:)

Good Morning Everyone, Lovely flutterby WOO. It's nice to think that Spring is only a matter of weeks away now, mustn't wish our lives away tho' because everyday is a bonus.

Kandy, I think they are going to let the stone take its course and either have me in chronic agony or slowly disperse or push its way out of the body under its own steam. I have been suffering with back ache but I had put that down to Amber pulling on me when I walk her. I had her on a much tighter rein this morning and told her she was walking with me not dragging me along for the ride! She knows what 'heel' is it is just that she gets so excited smelling all the smells and she is only 6 months so its still a big wide world to her.

I wonder how Loli is coping with Theo. I do hope he is making mends ok.

Off to take Amber back to the vets this afternoon and am hoping she will get signed off ok. We are a bit worried she may have done some damage internally because all along her scar is lumpy. Don't know whether that is normal or not. We just haven't been able to keep her quiet and in fact she has been hyper active even though she has had only short walks on a short lead for the past few days. Oh well all will be told this afternoon. Just hope and pray they do not have to open her up again to do any repair.

Shiney, and Mrs. S, WOO and Mrs. W, Kandy and Mr. K, Loli and babies, Penny and all others who visit the thread welcome to Advent lets hope you have a peaceful and warm time over this period. God Bless.:)
