Don't know whether it was my computer but have been unable to get on here all week but clicked the site this morning and it popped up

Anyway,our hospeipe ban ended at midnight last night so Mr Kandy will be able to get the hose pipe back out of the garage so i can give my south facing plants a good watering as it has been murder trying to water them with watering cans

The sun is shining today so had better get over to the lottie today and make sure everything is ok before it chucks it down with rain for the rest of the week

I had an email from Rosa the other day so it looks like she is now plugged in to the internet so i expect she will find her way on here sometime

Hi Everyone, have finally managed to get back at last..........seems some of you managed to do so yesterday. I couldn't get the link recognised. Jenny was still having trouble this morning so hopefully she will be back when she comes home from work.

Its a sunny day here, still a little cool for this tome of the year, but better then the heat we had last week.

I'm off to Toronto shortly, have to go right downtown....better for driving there when its cooler, no smog!!

Managed to get back 'on' last night but couldn't get through this morning.... i know it's only been a few days but i really have missed you all.......And especially when i needed you most....my last original chook died this morning...she'd only been poorly for a couple of days and slowly faded awayshe was old and weary but i did manage to carry her around the garden last night and show her the flowers and have our usuall 'girlie'chat....i could have taken her to the vet but she appeared to be in no distress ...just tired....so i wanted to have her here with me....even her 'sisters' didn't go up on the perches last night...they all snuggled up to her in the nest box.....
Hope the weather has been ok for you Shiney so you can show your visitors around your beautifull garden

Well I am here again buit am finding that if i go away from the site {ie put the computer in sleep mode}and then come back and click on the link to this site then I get the message IE can't display the web page or some such message and it doesn't matter how I type it out {Google etc} it won't work until for some unknown reason it clears it's self

Anyway,Woo glad to hear the op went ok{assuming you have had the op}Shiney,Good Luck with the visitors and are you not usually up in the North of the country at this time of the year?Moyra,hope you,Steve and Amba are keeping well and havn't grown webbed feet yetLoli,my condolances{sp}at the loss of your last chook and at least she is now happy{not that she wasn't when with you} in that big hen house in the sky where she is with all the other chooks that have gone before so will spend her day no doubt furraging around in chook paradise until you meet again Penny,sounds like you and Brad are still as busy as ever and i bet you are looking forward to your daughters wedding later on in the year and hope the weather is good for you all

Me,I am still as eccentric as ever and still looking after Mr Kandy so we are ok and are not in the workhouse just yet

It's the last of Springwatch and Unsprung tonight so will make the most of Martin Huges Games and his shorter haircut until he returns to our screens with Autumnwatch and i am looking forward to seeing Patrick Duffy again when Dallas starts up again soon

 

Oooo yes MHG....He's still lovely but i liked his hair before...not complaining though:WINK1:

 

Loli,it used to annoy me the way it kept flopping in front of his face and then he had to use his glasses to push it back on his head,so now he has had it trimed a bit shorter it shows his good looks better

Nice watching the White Tailed Eagles on Mull {they bring back memories of seeing them up there}but shame that the baby Goldcrest got kicked out of the nest by it's mum

Loli so sorry you lost your chook. I hope the others are all well.

This weather is getting a bit beyond a joke down here I am heartily sick of the rain. We have had a couple of days of dryness during the day but I wont some real sun and warmth.
